“Products” – digital goods including computer games, activation keys, or other downloadable content.

“Order” – a request to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms.
“Account” – User profile created for purchasing or managing Products.

We aim to ensure continuous access to the Website, but availability may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or due to technical reasons. We reserve the right to restrict access if you breach these Terms.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activities performed through your Account. Suspicious or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

You must not:

- Distribute malware or harmful code;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Circumvent licensing restrictions;
- Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or AML violations;
- Use the Website in jurisdictions subject to EU/UN sanctions.

All prices are displayed in EUR or other applicable currencies and may be shown with or without VAT. If applicable, VAT will be calculated at checkout in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC and other relevant tax regulations. Payments must be made in advance. Any transaction fees imposed by payment service providers (PSPs) shall be borne by the User.

Products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Delivery is completed once the activation key or download link is provided. You are responsible for securing and not sharing your keys.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital content for personal, lawful purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Products without written consent.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (https://lootkey.org/refund-return-policy). Consumers retain a 14-day withdrawal right unless they consent to immediate delivery, thereby waiving it under Directive 2011/83/EU.

We comply with the EU 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6). We may verify customer identity, payment method ownership, or source of funds where required. Failure to comply with such requests may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Under PSD2 (Directive (EU) 2015/2366), you have the right to dispute unauthorized transactions. Before filing a chargeback, please contact support@lootkey.org for resolution. We work closely with our PSPs and banks to investigate and resolve chargebacks in compliance with PSD2. Abuse of chargeback rights may lead to account termination and reporting to fraud prevention authorities.

All Website content, code, graphics, and Products are owned or licensed by ________. You must not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written authorization.

The Website and Products are provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be subject to Estonian courts. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
